A: We are in Cooper City, FL however we serve most of SE Florida and will travel if needed.
Q: Do I have to take off work in order to work with an interior decorator?
A: We offer Turn Key services for our clients to make the process easy and hassle-free. We are always on-site for all appointments with the project.
Q: How does Decorating Den Interiors work?
A: We specialize in whole room projects. As we determine what the client wants for the space we cultivate a design that will recreate that vision for the room.
Q: How can you offer free design services?
A: We offer a Free Initial consultation so that we get to know you and your wants for the project and see if we are a good match.
Q: What happens on my first appointment?
A:In the first appointment the client will give us a tour of the house/space and we will discuss a budget and scope of work. Once that is determined a retainer is received in order to start the design process.
Q: How do I determine a budget for my project?
A: During the first appointment we will discuss the scope of work and create a budget that is agreed upon so that the design can be created within the design scope desired.
Q: What does a typical project cost?
A: Each space is different and a “typical project cost” is difficult to determine sight unseen.
Q: Will you work with my existing pieces/furnishings that are in the room?
A:We always try to take existing pieces into consideration but depending on the style and scope sometimes only a few items may be reused.
Q: Do you shop with me in other stores?
A:We bring everything to you! No more shopping needed. You can go on with your day-to-day being confident that in each appointment you will find perfectly cultivated items within the determined budget that will complete your space.
Q: What’s the timeframe to get everything in?
A: Each project is different for the lead times. Custom pieces could take 8-12 weeks to arrive as there might be some pieces that can be installed within 2-3 weeks. Each project is unique.
A: We do not offer any returns as everything is special to the project and picked just for you.
Q: Can I get a plan and shop retail?
A: We do offer a “Plan and Shop Retail” type project and the pricing varies on the project. We would provide a list of items and the client can take that design and source items on their own.
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum project size?
A: We specialize in whole room design so that the room is completed for the client and they can concentrate on the next space in the home to update.
